Terms and Conditions

The operator provides lodging service a customer who books accommodations at the operator's facility.

Operator Accommodation services include:

Customer is a person who books accommodations at the operator's facility.

A description of the accommodation units at the facility is provided in the reservation system and on the facility’s website, www.hortusvita.cz.

Price for Accommodation Services It is calculated by the reservation system based on the type of accommodation, the number of accommodation units reserved, the number of guests, the length of stay, and the reservation dates.

The reservation system also calculates the amount advance payments for lodging services, which the customer pays for via an online payment gateway.

Customer pays an advance deposit for accommodations through the payment gateway in the amount set by the operator for the specific type and dates of the stay.

Once confirmed by the operator, the reservation is binding on the customer, and the customer is required to pay the deposit for the accommodation within three days.

If the deposit for accommodations is not paid within three days of the reservation, the operator is entitled to make the reserved dates available to other customers.

The guest is required to comply with the Accommodation Rules, which are available on the website www.hortusvita.cz .

K Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes The competent authority is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https://adr.coi.cz/cs. The online dispute resolution platform located at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr may be used to resolve disputes between the customer and the Service Provider.
