The operator provides\u00a0lodging service<\/strong>\u00a0a customer who books accommodations at the operator's facility.<\/p>

Operator<\/strong>\u00a0Accommodation services include:<\/p>

Customer<\/strong>\u00a0is a person who books accommodations at the operator's facility.<\/p>

A description of the accommodation units at the facility is provided in the reservation system and on the facility\u2019s website, www.hortusvita.cz.<\/p>

Price for Accommodation Services<\/strong>\u00a0It is calculated by the reservation system based on the type of accommodation, the number of accommodation units reserved, the number of guests, the length of stay, and the reservation dates.<\/p>

The reservation system also calculates the amount\u00a0advance payments for lodging services<\/strong>, which the customer pays for via an online payment gateway.<\/p>

Customer\u00a0pays an advance deposit for accommodations<\/strong>\u00a0through the payment gateway in the amount set by the operator for the specific type and dates of the stay.<\/p>

Once confirmed by the operator, the reservation is binding on the customer, and the customer is required to pay the deposit for the accommodation within three days.<\/p>

If the deposit for accommodations is not paid within three days of the reservation, the operator is entitled to make the reserved dates available to other customers.<\/p>

Cancellation Policy<\/strong>\u00a0are listed in a separate document.<\/p>

The guest is required to comply with the Accommodation Rules, which are available on the website\u00a0www.hortusvita.cz<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>

K\u00a0Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes<\/strong>\u00a0The competent authority is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, with its registered office at \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1nsk\u00e1 567\/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https:\/\/adr.coi.cz\/cs.
